At RitaTr, we offer our own installment payment plan to make your purchase process more convenient. Here’s a breakdown of how it works:
Installment Details:
Payment Structure: The installment plan comprises three or six or twelve or twenty four equal payments depending on the amount and the products.

• For example: a product for 900 ( 3 installments ) 300 AED due today , 300 AED due after 30 days , 300 due after 60 days.
Interest-Free: Similar to Tabby, our installments are interest-free.

Please note that this option is available for all devices, conditional approval.
How Payments Are Charged:
One-Month Charge: After one month, the second installment will be automatically charged to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Verification Process:
ID Verification: After placing your order, you’ll receive an email requesting an ID verification. The process involves submitting images of both the front and back of your Emirates ID, along with a photo of yourself.
Verification Check: Our team verifies that the submitted ID matches the name on the order. The order will be accepted or declined based on this verification.
Risk Assessment: Additionally, we perform a risk assessment. Even if the ID matches the name, the order may be rejected based on the assessment.
Payment Method for RitaTr Installment:
Supported Cards: You can pay with either a credit or debit card for the RitaTr Installment option.
Failed Verification Process:
Refund Process: In case of failed verification, you will receive a refund in your original payment method within 24-48 hours and it will reflect within 5-7 business days.

Processing Time: Verification typically takes 24 to 48 working hours from the time we receive the necessary documents until the approval or cancellation and subsequent refund.

We’ll sort out the return and service through our seller, you need to let us know about the problem within the warranty’s 12-month period. Just keep in mind, that the device can’t have any physical or accidental damage for this to apply.
Exclusions:
Damage caused by liquids won’t be covered.
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues that don’t impact device functionality are not included.
Negligence or intentional tampering resulting in damages is not covered.
Loss, deletion, or corruption of stored data.
Repairs or inspections carried out by third parties won’t be covered under the warranty.

Yes, all Revibe products have been certified by our experts after testing as original. We spend tremendous amount of effort in making sure we avoid any counterfeits when selecting the best suppliers by testing their devices and ensuring they are all original.
RitaTr devices are not always waterproof.
Some devices are opened during the refurbishing process so that tests can be conducted by our sellers. This means waterproof sealing cannot be guaranteed.
While our sellers would still do their best to handle these devices while keeping the waterproof feature, we cannot guarantee the devices will be in waterproof condition. Therefore any water damage will void the RitaTr warranty.
All our products come with a box and a charger.
The box format varies based on the product and the model, not necessarily to be an original box
